2. Disassembly: After wearing an anti-static wrist strap, disassemble the industrial tablet computer case. After the industrial tablet computer is used for a period of time, the parts in the case will be very dirty, especially the place with the heat sink, so it must be removed and cleaned one by one.
3. Clean the CPU: Remove the CPU fan and separate the small fan and the heat sink. When cleaning, first brush with an oil paintbrush, and then blow with the ear ball. Some heat sinks with dense blades and fine lines on the surface are more difficult to clean. You can wrap the key with a paper towel, and then push the key into the groove of the heat sink to clean more thoroughly. After rubbing, blow with ear ball. This method can also be used to clean the heat sink on the chipset or display chip.
4. Clean the motherboard: If the motherboard is not too dirty, there is no need to remove it. After brushing with an oil paintbrush, use a hair dryer to blow even the motherboard and the inner wall of the chassis. Pay attention to the time and distance of the blowing. If the motherboard is dirty, remove the motherboard from the chassis. Use an oil paintbrush to roughly clean the floating dust, brushing both sides. Note that you must clean up the hair that fell from the oil paintbrush. Then use the ear ball to blow the slots and the uncleaned corners.
5. Expansion cards and memory dust removal: first take out the expansion cards such as the graphics card, sound card, network card, etc., and the dust on the card can be cleaned with an oil paintbrush first. Be careful not to be next to the industrial tablet computer when cleaning, otherwise the raised dust will fall back, it will be dry, and the subsequent operations will be the same. Use the ear wash ball to blow the "sanitary" dead corners on the expansion card, such as near the component pins. Then brush it with an oil paintbrush.
6. Clean the golden fingers of the expansion card: Wipe the golden fingers on the card with an eraser. Be sure to use a flexible eraser for pencil writing. If the eraser is too hard or rough, it may cause wear of the golden fingers.
7. Clean the hard disk: The metal shell of the hard disk can be wiped with a paper towel or a dry soft cloth, and the circuit board should be brushed off with an oil paintbrush.
8. Clean the connection line: After the hard disk is cleaned, it is time to clean the various connection lines. Wipe the data line and power line with a paper towel or dry cloth.
9. Clean the case: The inner and outer walls of the case need to be cleaned. The cleaning of the inner wall has been mentioned earlier. If there is a lot of dust and dirt in the case, you should wipe off the dust and dirt with a dry cloth before blowing on the hair dryer. When cleaning the outer wall of the chassis, first wipe off the dust with a dry cloth, and then use a sponge dipped in detergent and scrub. After the sponge is dirty, wash it with water and dry it before using it. After cleaning, you can install back the parts cleaned in previous steps, cover the case cover, and the host part is now cleaned up.
10. Clean industrial display: The cleaning of industrial display is divided into two parts, namely, cleaning the housing of the industrial display and cleaning the touch screen. When cleaning the industrial display, be sure to cut off the power and avoid using a dripping cloth or sponge, especially when scrubbing the upper vents, it is best to use a dry cloth to prevent accidental water ingress into the display. The method of cleaning the touch display case is the same as that of cleaning the outer wall of the case. Use detergent to clean it. When cleaning the display, first wipe it with a wrung soft cloth, and then gently wipe it with a paper towel. Be careful not to wipe with organic solvents such as alcohol! Many displays have anti-reflection coatings on the surface of their screens, and organic solvents can damage them.
